Book Two Before Book One Update

Last night I met with the owners of the business that is going to be the the subject of book two of my children's book series. They seemed excited about the idea too. Everything went well and the gave me permission to use thier business in my book. I will come back later and take pictures.

I have already received a few thumbnail sketches from my illustrator and they look good. I think this book will be awesome! I hope to push myself to have this finished in time for a big 2 day event that will draw lots of people.

Book Two Before Book One

I have a meeting tonight to discuss some ideas about a potential book two in a children's book series I am working on. Book one hasn't been finalised yet but I still plan to keep book one as book one. Vague enough for you? Hopefully more details soon.

Children's book update #2

I have received a couple of quick sketches back from the illustrator, they look good! I am getting excited! I told her, even if It bombs and doesn't sell at all, I want a copy for my girls!

Children's book progress update #1

If you have read my Author page you might have noticed that I am working on a children's book. I just wanted to give an update: I have sent a rought draft copy to the best artist I know and she has agreed to do the illistrations. I have read the story to both of my daughters and they liked it.
